Information we collect

Account and contact information

When you create an account, request API access, contact us, or enter into a business relationship, we may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, organization, role, and the contents of your communications with us.

Media and product content

We process audio, video, remote media URLs, live streams, transcripts, speaker labels, word timing, annotations, comments, summaries, chapters, searches, exports, and other material you submit or create through the service. We call this material Customer Content.

Product, API, and device activity

We may collect request identifiers, API usage, feature interactions, processing status, error and diagnostic logs, browser and device type, language, referring page, IP address, and dates and times of requests. This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Information from others

Account administrators, collaborators, integration partners, and customers may provide information about other people. If you submit information about someone else, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to do so.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate users and administer accounts.
  • Upload, store, transcribe, diarize, synchronize, search, summarize, edit, share, export, and otherwise process Customer Content at your direction.
  • Operate live events, APIs, integrations, webhooks, and custom workflows.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
  • Respond to support, privacy, security, sales, and implementation requests.
  • Understand product usage and improve reliability and usability.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect the rights and safety of Revoldiv, our users, and others.

Customer Content and AI processing

Revoldiv processes Customer Content to provide the features you request. Depending on the feature and deployment, processing may occur on Revoldiv-managed infrastructure, in a customer's cloud or data center, in an isolated environment, or through specialized service providers.

Revoldiv does not operate a separate program that trains general-purpose models on private Customer Content. When a feature uses a third-party model provider, that provider's retention and model-improvement practices may vary by account, configuration, and agreement. Contact us before submitting sensitive content if you require opt-out, regional, zero-retention, or private-processing terms.

Automated transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, chapters, searches, and other generated results may contain errors. You should review important outputs against the source media, especially before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, employment, public-safety, or other consequential decisions.

Enterprise agreements may specify additional controls for data location, service providers, retention, access, or deletion. If those terms conflict with this general policy, the customer-specific agreement controls for that customer.

How we disclose information

We do not sell Customer Content. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors may process information to provide hosting, storage, authentication, transcription, AI processing, analytics, communications, security, and support.
  • Account administrators and collaborators. Content and account information may be available to people you authorize or to administrators of an organization-managed account.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • With your direction. We may share information when you publish content, configure an integration or webhook, invite a collaborator, or otherwise direct us to do so.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to protect transferred personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type, account settings, deployment, and customer agreement.

You may delete certain content through the product where that option is available or request account and data deletion by contacting us. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or records we must retain for legal or operational reasons before being removed or de-identified.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. The available controls vary by product and deployment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly and include “Security” in the subject line.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. An account administrator may need to handle requests concerning an organization-managed account. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Revoldiv is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Cookies and similar technologies

Revoldiv and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, understand website and product use, and maintain service functionality.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or other product features from working correctly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of the service after an update is subject to the revised policy.
